Casa 45 is an Afro luxury lounge and Restaurant situated at 35, Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Floor readiness: Ensure bar, lounge, kitchen, sound, lights, AC, restrooms are 100% set before doors open.
• Oversees daily club, lounge, or bar operations to ensure a smooth, professional atmosphere.
• Executes pre-opening checks, manages floor operations during service, and completes closing reports.
• Creates and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house (FOH)
• Manages inventory, including inventory control, turnover, and purchasing of spirits, dry goods, and supplies.
• Utilizes POS systems (e.g., Square) and software for financial reports and daily upkeep.
• Sets weekly staff schedules and manages payroll, timekeeping, and tip distribution.
• Conducts regular team briefings to communicate special events, menu changes, or VIP guests.
• Maintains a positive, professional workplace and handles staff performance issues.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
