Job Description
- A growing real estate company in Wuse, Abuja is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant (preferably female) to join its team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships within the property market.
What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and active prospecting
- Market and promote land and property listings across digital and offline channels
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and convert prospects
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Conduct site inspections and deliver persuasive property presentations to clients
- Follow up consistently on leads and inquiries to drive conversions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
- Provide regular market insights, trends, and client feedback to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing campaigns and sales performance
- Stay updated on available inventory, pricing, and real estate market trends
Who You Are
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident engaging clients and handling high-value transactions
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly target-driven
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media for sales and lead generation
- Professional appearance with a positive, results-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N200,000 per month
Commission:
- 6% on land sales
- 2.5% on property deals
