Job Title: Architect / Interior Designer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

• Hazel’s Interieurs is a fast-growing interior architecture and design firm known for delivering timeless, functional, and inspiring spaces.
• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design meetings to develop innovative architectural and interior concepts.
• Translate design ideas into detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.
• Recommend materials, finishes, layouts, and lighting concepts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support documentation, drawing reviews, and internal/client presentations.
• Carry out other design-related tasks as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in architecture or interior design.

Other Requirements:

• Must be based in or willing to work in Ilupeju, Lagos.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and project execution.
• Ability to work full-time and meet project deadlines.
• Passion for design excellence and continuous learning.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong space planning and design detailing ability.
• Good knowledge of construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High level of creativity with attention to detail.

Remuneration

• N300,000 monthly (and above, based on experience).
