Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will support efficient warehouse/store operations and minimize stock discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Organize and store items properly in the warehouse/store
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages or damages
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliation
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the storage area
- Issue materials as requested and keep proper documentation
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field
- Proven experience as a stock keeper, storekeeper, or similar role is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good numerical and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
