Job Description

• TeamAce is seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations for a cleaning company. The ideal candidate will lead and manage cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a productive and structured work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to achieve daily operational goals.
• Develop and manage team schedules to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and promptly address challenges.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and cleaning standards.
• Communicate progress and performance metrics to management clearly and regularly.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized systems and processes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND qualification.
• Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with competent driving skills.
• Candidates aged 30–40 years preferred (exceptions apply for outstanding candidates).
• Experience in a structured work environment is an added advantage.
• Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis and its environment for easy commute.
• Proficiency in MS office.

Remuneration

• NGN 120,000 - NGN 150,000 / Month based on experience and performance.
• Accomodation.
