We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• This is not a traditional finance role.
• It is a high-impact position for a hands-on strategist ready to shape the financial future of a multi-industry powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a Group-wide financial strategy that aligns with ambitious growth plans across diverse sectors.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow optimisation, and capital raising (equity, debt, and infrastructure finance).
• Drive profitability, revenue assurance, cost optimisation, and robust internal controls while strengthening risk management and compliance.
• Deliver strategic insights on investments, pricing, partnerships, and expansion to the CEO and Board.
• Build and inspire a high-performing finance team anchored on excellence, transparency, and accountability.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• An MBA or CFA is a strong advantage.
• 15–18 years of progressive experience, withat least 7 yearsat the CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance level.
• Proven track record acrossthree or moreof our sectors: Oil & Gas, Media, Technology, Power, Construction, or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated success in capital raising, IFRS reporting, cash flow optimisation, and enterprise risk management.
• Strategic, commercially sharp, and resilient — with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Lagos conglomerate environment.
