Job Description
- Training coordinator & administration
- Data management & reporting
- Communication & stakeholder coordination
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2-3 years experience.
- Organizational & time management skill
- Basic understanding of learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to use digital tools for tracking, reporting and communication
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow through
- Competence in generating training report, dashboards and compliance summaries
- Accurate tracking of certifications, expiry date and refresher training needs
- Awareness of regulatory and client training requirements
- Ability to ensure training activities meet legal, contractual and organizational standard
Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / Month.
