Job Title: Wellness Nutrition Advisor

Job Summary
- A Wellness Nutrition Advisor supports individuals and groups in achieving optimal health through proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- The role focuses on educating clients about balanced diets, creating personalized nutrition plans, and promoting preventive health practices to improve overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ dietary habits, health goals, and nutritional needs
- Develop personalized nutrition and wellness plans
- Provide guidance on healthy eating, portion control, and meal planning
- Educate clients on the role of nutrition in disease prevention and overall wellness
- Support clients with weight management and lifestyle changes
- Monitor client progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
- Conduct nutrition workshops, seminars, and wellness programs
- Stay updated on current nutrition and health trends
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or related field
- Certification in nutrition or wellness coaching (an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines and healthy eating principles
- Good understanding of lifestyle-related health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
