Espritsor - Our client, a medical and phamaceutical company located around Apo / Gudu, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacy Clerk

Location: Apo / Gudu - Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Job Responsibilities
Inventory & Logistics:

• Receiving Goods: Unloading delivery trucks and cross-checking invoices against physical stock received to ensure accuracy.
• Heavy Lifting: Moving bulky cartons and crates from the loading dock to the storage area or pharmacy floor.
• Unpacking: Breaking down large shipping boxes and removing packaging materials safely.

Merchandising & Shelving:

• Stock Rotation: Implementing the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method to ensure older stock is moved to the front of the shelf.
• Organization: Ensuring shelves are clean, organized, and that products are faced forward for easy identification.
• Inventory Monitoring: Alerting the pharmacist or manager when stock levels are low or if items are approaching their expiration dates.

Delivery & Customer Service:

• Order Fulfillment: Picking the correct over-the-counter (OTC) products or prepared packages for delivery.
• Safe Transport: Ensuring goods are packed securely to prevent damage during transit to the customer.
• Documentation: Obtaining signatures or proof of delivery and handling basic payment transactions if necessary.

Facility Maintenance:

• Cleanliness: Keeping the stockroom and aisles free of debris, empty pallets, and cardboard.
• Safety Compliance: Following proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety protocols to prevent injury.

Recommended Candidate Requirements

• Must have a minimum of SSCE and can speak fluent English, read and write
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads
• Attention to Detail: Precision in checking invoice numbers and expiration dates.
• Reliability: Consistency in delivery schedules and punctuality.
• Trustworthiness
• Must be male between 20-30 years and must like in or around Apo/Gudu
• Must be healthy and physically strong.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
