Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Lounge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, which includes the restaurant, bar, and car wash.
• The ideal candidate must be experienced, organized, and capable of ensuring smooth operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, bar, and car wash
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all units
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and general facility management
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the facility
• Prepare and submit operational reports.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field (compulsory)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a lounge, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple units effectively
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
