Job Summary
- The Sales Supervisor leads and coordinates the daily activities of the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
- This role involves supervising staff, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor daily sales operations and provide guidance to team members
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales staff
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed
- Coordinate with management to set sales goals and objectives
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
