We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Monitor workflow to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (inbound and outbound).

Team Supervision:

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff productivity and attendance.
• Enforce discipline and adherence to company policies.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce the use of protective equipment.
• Implement measures to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.

Logistics and Coordination:

• Coordinate with procurement, transport, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee loading and unloading of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff performance, and warehouse activities.
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 3years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
