Job Summary

• We are seeking a high-performing Senior Management Consultant with deep expertise in delivering strategic and transformational advisory services across industries.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in solving complex business problems, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving measurable impact across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation
• Advise executive leadership on business strategy, growth, and performance improvement
• Drive organisational transformation, including operating model design and change management
• Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making and business optimisation
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects within timelines and budget
• Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 12 years’ progressive experience in Management Consulting
• Prior experience with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading high-impact consulting engagements
• Demonstrated experience working with multinational or global clients
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
