Role Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team on-site in Agbara.
- This is a full-time role responsible for routine maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of machinery.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and assisting with industrial equipment inspections and repairs.
- The successful candidate will work to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Industrial Equipment Maintenance and Repair tasks
- Strong skills in Mechanical Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance routines
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic knowledge of safety and operational standards in an industrial setting
- Relevant technical certifications or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in steel manufacturing or similar industries is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
