Job Title: Procurement Officer

The  Role

• The Procurement Officer manages the end-to-end supply chain, serving as the bridge between internal technical departments and external vendors.
• You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor negotiation, and navigating the full Nigerian importation cycle to ensure operational continuity.
• This is a fast-paced, compliance-heavy role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and takes full ownership of their deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Requisition Management: Validate internal PRs across all departments and track requests from initiation to delivery.
• Import. Documentation: Execute the full Form M and PAAR process via the Single Window Trade Portal.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for technical spares, PPE, and consumables.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities align with NCS, SON, and Oil & Gas regulatory standards.
• Reporting: Maintain a digital audit trail and provide weekly procurement dashboards to management.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting or Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Oil & Gas procurement.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Form M, PAAR, HS Codes, and Customs procedures.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Added Advantage: 

• Professional certifications (CIPS/ISM).
• Experience with ERP systems.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month
