Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and meeting assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote the bank’s products.
- Market and sell financial products such as loans, savings plans, and investment packages.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements.
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.
- Assist customers with account opening and loan application processes.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
