Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & E-commerce Operations Officer to oversee order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and online product management.
• The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across logistics and customer experience while supporting inventory and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer orders and plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery activities
• Oversee daily delivery operations, providing guidance as needed
• Track deliveries and resolve issues or delays promptly
• Serve as the primary contact for customer delivery inquiries and concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation
• Provide timely delivery status updates to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
• Maintain quality assurance standards in all customer interactions
• Create and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) on the website
• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Support weekly/monthly reporting on inventory, deliveries, and operations

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment
• Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in logistics and fulfillment operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Two Sundays per month: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• (On those weeks, Sunday and Monday are off days)
