Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
• The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and snacks
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
• Manage baking supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work early hours and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
