Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiographer to join our team and support high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Role Summary
- The Radiographer will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality diagnostic images to support accurate medical diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and other radiographic examinations
- Ensure proper patient positioning and preparation for imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols
- Review and evaluate images for quality and diagnostic value
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and manage imaging consumables and equipment usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or related field
- Valid practicing license (e.g., Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria – RRBN)
- 2–4 years relevant work experience in a clinical setting
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of radiation safety and imaging standards
- Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment
- Good communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
