We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and support the selection process.
  • Prepare employment letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Facilitate orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Liaise with finance for salary processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Manage leave administration and employee attendance records.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
