Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Summary
- Crownbee Properties is seeking to hire a competent and result-driven Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant work experience to support our construction and real estate development projects.
- The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with little or no supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
- Coordinate artisans, contractors, and site workers
- Prepare site reports and provide regular project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards on site
- Assist in estimating materials and managing project resources
- Support estate development and maintenance activities when required
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years work experience in construction or real estate projects
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site supervision
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
