We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to different departments within the organization.
• The trainee will learn business operations, develop professional skills, and support team projects while working under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs
• Assist in daily operational tasks across assigned departments
• Support senior staff with research, data analysis, and project execution
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Learn company policies, procedures, and business processes
• Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks and projects
• Observe and learn from experienced staff to build professional skills
• Provide innovative ideas to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or HND) in a relevant field
• 0 - 2 years of work experience (NYSC experience may be considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
