Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Location: Ibeju Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
• Work with control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation equipment
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment used in industrial environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Certification or license as an electrician
• Experience with high-voltage systems
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.

Working Conditions:

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
