Casa 45 is an Afro luxury lounge and Restaurant situated at 35, Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Marketing

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibitlies
Event & Content Strategy:

• Event Planning: Developing and executing high-energy, creative events and themed nights to drive traffic and increase customer spend.
• Content Creation: Producing engaging content for social media, newsletters, and digital ads, maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.
• Run-of-Show Management: Overseeing the promotional schedule for specific nights, including managing on-screen content and promotional materials within the venue.

Digital Marketing & Promotion:

• Social Media Management: Driving engagement across platforms, managing content calendars, and using social channels to create buzz.
• Digital Advertising: Running PPC campaigns, display advertising, and targeted ads (like Facebook/Instagram ads) to reach potential patrons.
• Email Marketing & CRM: Maintaining customer databases, managing email newsletters, and utilizing CRM tools to re-engage guests.

Brand & Relationship Management:

• Brand Strategy: Ensuring the brand stands out in the competitive nightlife market by cultivating a distinct atmosphere and identity.
• Community Relations: Building relationships with local influencers, influencers, vendors, and community partners to promote the venue.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitoring other bars and clubs to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust programming accordingly.

Operational & Financial Duties:

• Budget Oversight: Allocating funds for advertising, promotions, and talent to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Data Analysis: Analyzing ticket sales, foot traffic, and digital analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Coordinating with promoters, bartenders, security, and management to ensure successful, smooth-running events.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.

Salary
N600,000 - N650,000 monthly.
