We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Attendant

Location: Abule Ado, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting fragrances based on preferences
• Demonstrate and explain perfume products (notes, longevity, usage)
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display of products

Social Media Management:

• Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels) on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
• Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries promptly
• Promote new arrivals, discounts, and special offers
• Engage with followers to build customer relationships and increase brand awareness

Inventory & Store Support:

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
• Assist in stock taking and product arrangement
• Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND (higher qualification is an advantage) with 0-2 years experience.
• Previous experience in retail sales or social media handling is preferred
• Passion for perfumes, beauty, or fashion
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Customer service orientation
• Creativity and content creation skills
• Basic photography/video skills (using a smartphone)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must live within Satellite Town and its environs

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month.
