Job Title: Growth Team Lead

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Growth Team Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will lead growth initiatives, manage a small team, and execute data-driven strategies across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention
  • Lead and manage the growth team, ensuring performance targets are met
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email, social media)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and conversion
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve user experience and funnel performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
  • Leadership ability with experience managing or coordinating a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirement:

  • Candidates must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate).

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 per month.
