Job Title: Head of IT

Location: Jakande-Lekki, Lagos

Job Brief

• We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Head of IT to take charge of our technology operations.
• You’ll lead IT strategy, keep our systems running smoothly, and drive digital upgrades that help every department work better.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and network performance.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and business continuity across the company.
• Manage database systems, backups, data recovery, and reporting support.
• Provide fast, reliable IT support to all departments.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify and implement new digital tools to improve service delivery.
• Supervise internal IT staff and manage relationships with external vendors.

Requirements

• BSc / HND qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT operations or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
• Leadership experience managing teams or projects is a plus.

Salary
N300,000 Net monthly.
