Job Title: Customer Retention / Customer Service Executive

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Retention / Customer Service Executive.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, improving retention rates, and delivering excellent service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention
  • Identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to retain them
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet retention, satisfaction, and service performance targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, customer retention, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is an advantage

Additional Requirement:

  • Candidates must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate).

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
