Description
- We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Retention / Customer Service Executive.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, improving retention rates, and delivering excellent service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve retention
- Identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to retain them
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
- Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet retention, satisfaction, and service performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, customer retention, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is an advantage
Additional Requirement:
- Candidates must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate).
