Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring that operational processes align with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and processes
• Manage and supervise teams, ensuring performance targets are met
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in operations or business management
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with process optimization and performance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools

Additional Requirement:

• Candidates must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate)

Salary
N500,000 / Month.
