Noani interior design was born out of the need to provide quality home decor and furnishings at affordable prices. Having looked through most of the decor services available locally, we thought it best that we give something to desire for the new generation Nigerian who wants their space to reflect a less cluttered lifestyle.

Founded in the month of March 2017, we have managed to carve a niche for ourselves in the design industry, constantly evolving and growing to give our clients a forever cozy space. We kicked off selling only prints for the first 6 months of our opening and after which our founder decided to harness her artistic abilities and her insights for luxurious paintings to pick a dedicated team of painters who work hand-in-hand with us to achieve each customer’s dream painting need at an affordable rate.

Job Title: Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • A luxury interior and home décor brand is looking for a high-performing, hands-on Product OperationsManager to join our growing team.
  • This role is for someone who understands physical products, has strong taste, can manage vendors confidently, and knows how to move ideas from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
  • You’ll sit at the center of our creative direction, production process, inventory flow, and customer delivery experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Product Development & Design Execution:

  • Translate design concepts into producible furniture, décor, and lifestyle items
  • Work with artisans and manufacturers to execute designs accurately
  • Source materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate packaging production and presentation quality
  • Develop seasonal/new product collections and improve existing ranges

Vendor & Artisan Management:

  • Source and onboard reliable local/international vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production schedules
  • Place and track orders from concept to delivery
  • Build strong supplier relationships and ensure accountability

Inventory & Operations:

  • Manage stock levels and restocking needs
  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory accurately
  • Oversee order fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain organized product systems, records, and catalogues

Quality Control:

  • Inspect products before delivery to clients
  • Ensure finishing, sizing, materials, and detailing meet premium standards
  • Resolve defects or inconsistencies quickly with vendors
  • Maintain consistency across product batches

Interior Project Support:

  • Source items for client projects and installations
  • Ensure delivered items align with design intent
  • Quality check furniture, fittings, and finishes on site when required
  • Work closely with Sales, CX, and Design teams

Ideal Candidate Must Have

  • 3+ years proven experience managing physical products in interiors, furniture, home décor, retail, sourcing, merchandising, or related sectors
  • Strong product development and vendor management experience
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, finishing, and commercially appealing products
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and moving parts independently
  • Strong follow-through and ownership mindset
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel/Sheets, Canva, and digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
