About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing fashion company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the fashion market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fashion industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance brand visibility
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in fashion or retail)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of the Lagos fashion market is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
