Job Title: Talent Management & Acquisition Manager

Job Summary
- The Talent Management & Acquisition Manager provides strategic leadership across talent acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning.
- The role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent aligned with business objectives while fostering employee engagement and organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure high-quality hiring
- Develop onboarding and employee integration programs
- Lead performance management and appraisal processes
- Identify learning needs and oversee training programs
- Manage talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential programs
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide strategic insights to management
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain HR dashboards
- Lead and develop Talent Acquisition and L&D teams
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, ISO standards, and QHSE requirements.
Profile Required
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, HR Development or related fields
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including managerial exposure
- Strong expertise in talent management and HR strategy
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Knowledge of ISO standards and QHSE requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in English and French.
