Job Title: Sales Executive (Renewable Energy)

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and high-performing Sales Executives to drive business growth within the renewable energy sector.
• The ideal candidates will have a strong background in energy/solar sales and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy market
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals
• Promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Conduct site visits and recommend tailored energy solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3–4 years proven sales experience in the renewable/energy/solar industry
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: N400,000 – N600,000
