Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

The Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team.
  • In this role, you will shape and lead the people strategy, ensuring that our people, systems, and processes drive high performance, consistency, and the luxury standards our brand is known for.
  • You will focus on attracting and developing top talent, strengthening organizational performance, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring that HR practices are structured, compliant, and effective, supporting both professionalism and long-term success across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals.
  • Build, nurture, and retain a high-performing, values-driven team.
  • Lead recruitment, attracting brand-aligned, high-quality talent.
  • Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Champion employee engagement, retention, and a culture of professionalism through onboarding, training, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management systems.
  • Oversee compensation, incentives, and rewards, ensuring clear communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, ideally in luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD) preferred or in progress.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to build HR systems, processes, and frameworks aligned with best practices and employment law.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
