We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abule Egba, Bariga, Festac, Okota, Egbe, Groove Mall, Lekki, Osapa London - Lagos and Uyo - Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and pleasant service experience.Handle all financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and process orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet
• Upsell products and promote offers
• Handle basic customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification with 0-2 years experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior retail experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
