About the Role

• We're seeking a results-driven Lead Digital Marketer to own and scale our digital marketing strategy. You will lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across all digital channels to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise and proven leadership in high-performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• - Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and mentor junior marketers.
• - Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, content, and social media.
• - Performance Marketing: Drive ROI through data-driven optimization of paid campaigns. Manage budgets, bidding, and A/B testing to maximize conversions.
• - Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• - Content & SEO: Oversee content strategy and SEO to increase organic visibility, traffic, and engagement.
• - Brand Growth: Build brand awareness and authority through digital PR, influencer partnerships, and community management.
• - Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• - Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and funnel optimization.

Requirements

• Education: BSc/HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 4-6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
• Leadership: Experience managing teams and external agencies. Strong project management skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of metrics, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
₦600,000 - ₦650,000 monthly.
