Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Specification

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the company’s tele-radiology services by onboarding radiologists and healthcare facilities onto the Ception Health platform
  • This role is highly performance-driven, with a significant portion of compensation tied directly to measurable outcomes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard qualified Radiologists onto the Ception Health platform.
  • Drive partnerships with Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres, and Clinics for adoption of Ception Health’s PACS and radiology reporting services
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate the tele-radiology market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and clinical) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track sales pipeline, report progress, and provide weekly performance updates.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare ethical standards and regulations.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide insights to refine sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in sales with measurable achievements.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems; knowledge of radiology or PACS systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive performance targets.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
