Job Title: Creative Director

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• This role requires a versatile creative with strong capabilities across design, motion, and video.
• The individual will be responsible for bringing brands to life through compelling visual content, from static design to short-form videos and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and visual development
• Video editing and content creation
• Creative production support across multiple projects
• Team and project oversight (with potential to lead a team over time).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
• 1-3 years experience
• Strong design thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling creative concepts
• High level of attention to detail across all creative outputs
• Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality creative work under deadlines
• Relevant experience in a marketing/advertising agency (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing creative projects/campaigns
• Strong creative direction and conceptualization skills.
