Job Title: Sales Intern
Locations: Abuja and Ikeja, Lagos
Job Role
- As a Sales Intern you will help the company sell its products by finding potential customers, reaching out to them, and supporting the sales team with everyday tasks.
- You will make phone calls, update customer records, and learn in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce our loan products and services.
- Identify and understand the client’s financial needs to suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and ensure timely and effective conversion of leads to successful loan applications.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments to complete loan applications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback for management review.

- Act as primary point of contact for customers’ enquiry by ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Calling and maintaining customer relationships and also meeting sales target.
- Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically, always ensuring a positive interaction.
- Pursue new business opportunities with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
- Processing loan applications, and requests.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2years previous experience in sales/marketing or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to speak fluently in English and Hausa is a plus.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly. (base pay + performance-based sales commission).
