Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Catering Business in Nigeria.
- The ideal candidate should be an experienced leader with strong commercial acumen and operational expertise in large-scale catering, hospitality, or airline catering services.
- The successful candidate will oversee in-flight catering operations while aggressively expanding third-party business opportunities across airlines, corporate organizations, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to position the catering unit as a profit center
- Secure catering contracts with airlines, corporate clients, and event organizations
- Drive revenue generation through business development and strategic partnerships
- Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Manage budgets, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure world-class service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a high-performing catering and sales team
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or airline catering operations
- Strong background in business development and revenue generation
