Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Catering Business in Nigeria. 
  • The ideal candidate should be an experienced leader with strong commercial acumen and operational expertise in large-scale catering, hospitality, or airline catering services.
  • The successful candidate will oversee in-flight catering operations while aggressively expanding third-party business opportunities across airlines, corporate organizations, and events. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to position the catering unit as a profit center 
  • Secure catering contracts with airlines, corporate clients, and event organizations 
  • Drive revenue generation through business development and strategic partnerships 
  • Oversee end-to-end catering operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance 
  • Manage budgets, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives 
  • Ensure world-class service delivery and customer satisfaction 
  • Lead and develop a high-performing catering and sales team 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or airline catering operations 
  • Strong background in business development and revenue generation 
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale catering projects 
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and international best practices 
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
