We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

  • Know your system and equipment
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning and maintenance teams
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and equipment, are well-maintained
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
  • Monitoring the energy efficiency and cost- effectiveness
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
  • Routine floor walk and checks
  • Partner with store operations to protect the facility through preventative maintenance schedule
  • Coordination with HO team for support
  • Ensure the required supplies are in place example diesel, plumbing, electrical etc.
  • Monthly expenses report
  • Documentation and records
  • Receive/Attend to government agencies

  • Leadership and people management skills to effectively manage and coordinate administrative tasks and staff.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various administrative responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers
  • Good understanding of industry standards, document transmittal requirements
  • Able to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively
  • Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment
  • Strong attention to details, a creative thinker and a good team player
  • Customer Service Focus to ensure positive shopping experiences
  • High level of integrity is a must have.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / Monthly.
