Job Title: Client Acquisition Personnel / Business Development Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We’re hiring a results-driven professional to source, engage, and convert clients into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach and networking
  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet targets
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and report on pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years in sales/client acquisition
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
