We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travel Intern

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Internship
Work Structure: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (2 Saturdays monthly: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM), First 1 month: Fully remote (training phase)

Description

  • Light Heights Travel Unit is recruiting ''Travel Interns'' to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience to kickstart your journey in the industry.

Responsibilities / Training Areas

  • Lead generation & conversion
  • Student enrolment processes
  • Application & Admission processing via portals
  • Visa application support
  •  Client relationship management & progress reporting
  • Travel Destinations: UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and more.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates (6-month internship)
  • NYSC Corpers (10-month internship)
  • B.Sc (First Class or Second Class Upper / 2:1) from a recognised Federal University
  • Must own a personal laptop
  • Ability to use CRM, AI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively

Additional Information:

  • Monthly performance assessment (minimum 80% required)
  • Failure to meet the required standards or program terms may affect continued participation in the program.
  • High performers may be offered full-time roles before program completion (excluding the Team Lead role).

Remuneration

  • Fresh Graduates: N150,000
  • NYSC Corpers: N70,000

Post-Internship Opportunities:

  • Travel Manager: N200,000 ( N100,000 - N200,000 performance bonus)
  • Team Lead: N250,000 (N100,000 - N200,000 performance bonus).
