Fadac Resources and Services Limited - Our client, a leading engineering and power solutions company with operations across diesel and gas generators, renewable energy, fire safety systems, construction, and industrial services, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Diesel Generator Service Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generator servicing, maintenance, load audits, site inspections, installation estimates, troubleshooting, repairs, and engine overhauling across customer sites.
• The role also involves handling warranty-related issues, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), job card management, and driving branch service revenue targets.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in diesel generator servicing and overhauling
• Prior experience leading technical/service teams
• Strong hands-on knowledge of generator repairs, servicing, and engine maintenance across different capacities
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Experience with solar solutions is an added advantage
• Good communication, reporting, and client management skills
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and client support.

Benefits
Salary: N200,000 per month plus health benefits, annual leave, statutory allowances, and performance-based incentives.
