Job Description

• We are seeking qualified Field Mining Engineers to support mining operations at our Muro site in Nasarawa State.
• The role involves supervising on-site mining activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mining and excavation operations on site
• Assist with mine planning, production scheduling, and execution
• Monitor mining equipment usage and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Coordinate with geology, maintenance, and site management teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant field mining experience
• Strong understanding of mining operations and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in field and remote environments
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
