We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of FMCG products such as candy, gum, mint, and other consumable goods.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting timely delivery of products to customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper arrangement and safe storage of products in line with company standards
• Oversee loading and unloading of goods and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Coordinate with the sales and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare warehouse reports and submit updates to management
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 per month.
