Hop Mobile Transport, a ride-hailing company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of transport or service activities
• Monitor driver activities, trip performance, and service delivery
• Ensure timely dispatch and scheduling of vehicles/drivers
• Handle operational issues, complaints, and incident reports
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle movement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
• Liaise with maintenance team for vehicle servicing and repairs
• Support onboarding and training of drivers and operational staff
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
• Optimize routes and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of fleet resources.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in operations, logistics, or transport management (preferred)
• Familiarity with e-hailing or mobility operations is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, operational software).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
