We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Route Settlement Associate

Location: Lagos

Description
As part of the Market-to-Cash team, we:

  • Ensure the smooth and accurate settlement, billing, and dispute management processes while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • We work closely with key functions such as Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvements.

Joining us as a Route Settlement Associate, you will:

  • Verify that all relevant documents are received from the appropriate sources.
  • Ensure all documents received are processed the same day.
  • Extract movements from the system and provide reports to transportation companies for proper reconciliation of driver differences.
  • Manage disputes and claims with customers/drivers for the country under your responsibility.
  • Manage daily and monthly validation checks.
  • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.

You can be successful in this role if:

  • University or college Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advantage)
  • You ensure timely and accurate processing of routes, settlements, and dispute resolutions.
  • You proactively identify and address discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
  • You maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and resolution management.
  • You manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You adapt well to a fast-paced, multinational work environment and thrive under pressure.

Our new team member needs to:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or Shared Services environment (advantage)
  • Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
