Hop Mobile Transport, a ride-hailing company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Personnel

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Set up user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network performance
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are properly implemented
• Respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents
• Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and system updates
• Support software updates, patches, and system upgrades
• Assist in managing IT inventory and procurement of equipment
• Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
