Job Summary
- We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing confectionery business in Lagos.
- If you know the Lagos market, love building relationships, and have a proven track record in FMCG or confectionery sales — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary sales through wholesalers and distributors across Lagos markets & other region
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key distributors and market leaders
- Expand market coverage in Trade Fair, Balogun, Idumota, and surrounding areas
- Plan and execute trade schemes and promotions to increase volume
- Identify new distribution opportunities and onboard new wholesalers
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product performance
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and revenue growth
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in confectionery or FMCG sector
- Strong network within Lagos wholesale markets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth
- Deep understanding of distribution and trade dynamics in Nigeria.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
